Anything not covered here, call the office — a real person answers between 7am and 6pm, seven days.

Two to three weeks is comfortable for a metro move, and four to six weeks over December–January and at end of month, when demand peaks. That said, we hold capacity for short-notice work and can often cover a move within 48 hours. Regardless of your time frame, we will do our best to make it work.
We re-book you without a penalty fee, provided you let us know within 72 hours. Settlements shifting is normal and we schedule with slack for exactly this reason. If you end up between homes, we can store your furniture and deliver when the keys come through.
We offer a range of cover to suit the job. Basic transit cover is standard on every move, and for complete peace of mind you can upgrade through one of our partners to comprehensive cover that insures your belongings at their full value. We’ve built our reputation on doing things properly and with care, from the first quote to the final box.
If your property manager flags a cleaning issue on the outgoing inspection within seven days of our clean, we come back and re-clean the flagged areas at no cost. It covers the cleaning scope on your agent’s checklist — not damage, repairs or wear that existed before we arrived.
Someone should be on site at both ends for the walk-around at the start and the sign-off at the end. Beyond that, no — plenty of clients hand over keys and meet us at the new place. For cleans you don’t need to be there at all; we’ll send photos on completion.
Yes. Each service stands on its own and is quoted separately. Bundling them is cheaper and simpler because it’s one crew and one schedule, but there’s no obligation to take the lot.
Anything flammable, corrosive or under pressure — gas bottles, fuel, paint, chemicals, aerosols. We also ask that you carry passports, jewellery, medication, cash and hard drives yourself. Plants and pets we’ll talk through case by case.
